Description: This is a four session mindfulness course run by Shamash Alidina. The sessions are based on Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, and also adapted to meet the needs of the needs of the participants.

Currently we offer courses in Chelsea (overlooking the Thames) and Stoke Newington. So you've shouldn't be too far from one of our training sessions. We offer eight week mindfulness courses (combining Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy), some four week courses as well as one day workshops.
