Often, 8 sessions of coaching costs over £2000 these days, but we’re offering all this for less that a thousand pounds. Prices are reviewed at the end of each month.
Currently we offer courses in Chelsea (overlooking the Thames) and Stoke Newington. So you've shouldn't be too far from one of our training sessions. We offer eight week mindfulness courses (combining Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy), some four week courses as well as one day workshops. All our courses have very limited places, so if the dates work for you, book as soon as you can.
