We offer a 10 session, one-to-one mindfulness coaching package. The training includes:

  • 10 x 1.5 hour sessions one-to-one with Shamash Alidina in Central London or Distance Learning
  • Workbook and CDs
  • Unlimited email support
  • Coaching in evidence-based approaches to wellbeing
  • Options for ongoing support if required

Currently we offer courses in Chelsea (overlooking the Thames) and Stoke Newington. So you've shouldn't be too far from one of our training sessions. We offer eight week mindfulness courses (combining Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy), some four week courses as well as one day workshops. All our courses have very limited places, so if the dates work for you, book as soon as you can.
